Pump Technology Ltd. buys LeeSan

Aldermaston based Pump Technology Ltd, the UK’s leading Water, Waste-Water and Sewage Pumping Station suppliers, has just purchased Warwickshire based Marine Sanitation Company LeeSan.

Renowned globally as THE Marine Sanitation business for over 50 years, LeeSan specialises in everything to do with sanitation for boats and marinas.

Additionally they have developed a large market share in Pump Out Stations, Welfare and Hospitality Sanitation, providing a perfect “crossover” between the two businesses.

The LeeSan Pump Out division will benefit tremendously from this new relationship and will be expanded into many more areas where Pump Technology already has existing contacts.

LeeSan, now a Pump Technology Ltd. group company, will be able to call on the expertise, stock buying power and sales contacts that new owner Jeremy Brownlee and his existing team can bring to the new association.

Plans are in place to increase turnover and profile significantly. As Jeremy says “My team work hard and play hard and when it comes to business we are not frightened to invest for the future!”

“In the coming months we intend to rationalise prices, significantly develop our service business and provide our customers, both trade and retail, with a one-stop-shop for everything involved with Marine Sanitation”.

LeeSan will continue to trade from their existing premises in Fenny Compton, Warwickshire and retiring MD Chris Coburn will still be acting as a consultant to the business.
