Pump Technology Renews ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certifications
Quality assured. Environmentally responsible. Independently assessed.
Pump Technology has successfully renewed its ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications following independent assessment by DNV.
The renewed certifications recognise the management systems behind the way we work – but, more importantly, they provide our customers with additional confidence in the standards they can expect when working with Pump Technology.
ISO 9001 provides an internationally recognised framework for quality management, helping ensure our processes remain consistent, controlled and focused on continual improvement.
For customers, that means confidence that whether we are supplying an individual pump or developing a more complex engineered pumping solution, our work is supported by established and independently assessed quality procedures.
ISO 14001 focuses on environmental management and the processes organisations use to understand and reduce their environmental impact.
This is particularly relevant within the water and wastewater sector, where equipment selection, efficiency, reliability and service life can all contribute to the wider environmental performance of an installation.
For organisations with their own environmental, procurement or supply-chain requirements, working with an ISO 14001-certified supplier provides another level of reassurance.
Renewing both certifications isn’t simply about retaining two standards. It requires continued assessment of the systems and processes behind our business and a commitment to identifying where we can improve.
It’s a principle that fits naturally with the way we approach things: understand the application, specify the right solution and keep looking for ways to do things better.
Because when our customers depend on us to keep water and wastewater moving, the processes behind the solution matter too.
