Established in 2019, the Foundation is the official charity of London Irish Rugby Football Club which was formed over 120 years ago.

They deliver projects that use the power of sport to make a lasting, positive impact on individuals’ lives, whilst helping to build a meaningful and sustainable legacy for sport and education across communities.

Their key work strands are rugby development, education, community engagement and inclusion, all of which are underpinned by their core values – family, home from home, open to all – with sport at the heart.

The London Irish Foundation has a Board of Trustees, one of whom is Jeremy Brownlee, Chairman of the Pump Technology Ltd. Group. These are responsible for its governance under Charity Commission guidelines. The Trustees are volunteers who freely give of their time, experience and expertise to support the Foundation and its programmes.

The Foundation is fortunate to have the support of a number of “Ambassadors” who assist with the delivery of programmes and fundraising. Jonathan Barker, Pump Technology’s MD is one of these.

To support the ongoing work of the Foundation, the Pump Technology Ltd, Group. (Pump Technology Ltd. Leesan Ltd. Pegasus Pumps Ltd. and Pump Technology Services Ltd.), who are currently celebrating their 30th year, have just donated a car for the use of Andy Keast, the Foundation’s CEO, seen here accepting it from Jonathan Barker, MD of the company,

Jonathan Barker comments. “We are committed supporters of the London Irish Foundation and know that this will help them in the great work they are doing. It’s just part of our company’s overall charitable activities which we see as essential to giving back to the community that we are proud to be part of”.

Andy Keast says” Pump Technology have been supportive for many years in the London Irish community. It is great to be associated with their beliefs and core values, which alongside ours, drives us to make a positive impact in our community”.
