As we all navigate what our new normal looks like, we wanted to put pen to paper to let you know what we have done to make sure our staff and customers stay safe at all times.

At the moment, we are only allowing delivery vans to the warehouse to pick up goods. The warehouse doors remain open and there is a clearly marked zone where the goods are left just by the door so that no person needs to enter into the warehouse. We have sanitation units in place so drivers can sanitise their hands on arrival and again on departure.

Other visitors at this time cannot come into the office, we are constantly reviewing this and will let you know when this situation changes. We are conducting many meetings via Microsoft teams and for our customers that might need a little more we have put together an area which we are using as a virtual showroom. This means that any of our staff can show you the products and talk you through them before you place any orders.

We have managed successfully over the last 3 months to work remotely and virtually and have managed to continue the supply of pumps and maintenance services into the UK.

Now our staff are returning back to the office, we have installed safety screens in shared areas and are working within the Government guidelines. We feel confident that we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe.
