A round of golf, all in the name of charity
Pump Technology were on tour Friday at Sandford Springs for our annual charity golf day.
This year we are helping with Project Uganda Orphanage
It’s quite a story, of how we should all turn our travel experiences into real life care for others who are not as fortunate as us. Kerry, did this and now leads a dedicated team of volunteers, who individually raise their own travel and subsistence funds, giving their time free to build better accommodation facilities at a remote orphanage in Uganda. Thanks to our clients and suppliers who came together on the Pump Technology Ltd, Golf Day, organised by our Matthew Camille. Monies raised are now helping support kitchen facilities and playground equipment, it’s nice to help.
I attach a copy of our final report on the project Pump Technology kindly helped us with.
You will see that we had a successful outcome. Kerry has been out there for the last month overseeing putting the finishing touches to the building – finishing off the guttering, screeding the floors and painting. She is very pleased with the outcome and the children love their new sleeping quarters.
There is no doubt that, with Pump Technology’s help, we have made a big difference to the childrens’ lives.
